Our annual meeting this year will be October 6 at The First Baptist Church of Fernandina Beach. The business session will be from 5-6 pm, Supper will be from 6-7 pm and our evening program will begin at 7 pm. Our annual meeting theme is "Night of Worship". In the evening session combined choirs across our Association will be led by Matt Gingery and Terry Williams. Terry Williams will speak to us on the theme of "Worship". Crusades for Christ October 9-12
Well it’s finally going to happen on October 9-12. The Crusades for Christ tent revival will begin Sunday evening October 9 at 6 pm. Monday through Wednesday service times will be 7 pm nightly. We are asking participating churches to move their Sunday and Wednesday night services to this event at the corner of 200 and Blackrock Road in Yulee. The tent will sit on the Football field at New Life Baptist Church. What a great opportunity to be involved in an old fashion tent revival. Evangelist Bill Bozeman will be preaching. The music with combined choirs will be led by Gary Tomlinson. We pray we will experience a great outpouring of the Holy Spirit and Spiritual Awakening will take place.
Tax Update for Churches 2012
Our Association will host a tax update for 2012 as it relates to churches on Tuesday, November 1st, 6:30 pm at the Association Office. Gary Townsend with The Florida Baptist Convention will lead this conference. If you would be so kind as to call our office, (904)225-5941, to let us know how many are attending from your Church we can make sure we have necessary materials.
